2. Information we process
The contact form sends us your email address, selected topic and message. The server may also process basic technical information required to handle the request securely. We do not ask for special-category personal data through the form.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer and continue arrangements for an event. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and supports our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and sales enquiries.
4. Service providers
We use infrastructure and transactional-email providers, in particular Vercel and Resend. They receive information only to the extent required to host the website, measure its operation and deliver messages. We do not sell information submitted through the form.
5. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and resulting arrangements, followed by any period required to establish or defend legal claims and meet applicable legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, or object to its processing. If you believe your information is being processed unlawfully, you may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Voluntary submission
Providing information through the form is voluntary, but we cannot respond without an email address and message.
