Corporate team building for 50-100 people: how to engage a large group
How do you plan a team-building event for 50, 70 or 100 people? Learn how to choose the right format, venue and schedule so that everyone can take part.
By Rewanż team
An event for fifty people is not simply an event for ten multiplied by five. The way you explain the rules, manage transitions, ensure screen visibility and involve every participant all change with the size of the group.
The first question should therefore not be “which activity is most fashionable?” but “what will everyone else be doing at that moment?” The Rewanż Standard package supports groups of up to 72, while larger events are configured individually. Before comparing packages, consider the challenges shared by most large team events. The format itself is described in our complete guide to corporate game shows.
A large group quickly exposes a weak script
Passive audience
If only a few people support one activity, the others quickly start talking to each other or leave the zone. The mere fact that someone is in the room does not mean that they are participating in integration.
Too long queues and rotations
A format may look strong on paper but lose momentum if groups have to rotate constantly. Ask the supplier for a clear operating plan: the number of stations, how teams are divided and how long participants wait between rounds.
No common finale
Several parallel activities give people a choice, but do not always create one shared team experience. A common leaderboard, a collective finale and a clear result can bring the whole event back together.
Difficult communication in the room
As the group grows, clear guidance, screen visibility and the rhythm of the programme become increasingly important. Before the game begins, the organiser should know how everyone will hear the rules and follow the live results.
Team building for 50 people
For a group of around 50, choose a format that does not split the event into several disconnected experiences. The Rewanż Standard package supports up to 72 participants with six game stations and three hours of gameplay.
Participants play in teams while the hosts and live leaderboard keep the entire room connected to the same story. The package also includes app customisation, bespoke content, standard set design and technical support. We compare current packages in our guide to corporate team-building costs.
Team building for 70 people
A group of 70 people still fits into the Standard package, but requires careful space planning. It is necessary to take into account the arrangement of six stations, the visibility of the screen and the participants' free access to the game zone.
We do not provide a universal minimum size, because the layout of the room is sometimes more important than its area. It is different to work in a wide event room than in an office divided by columns or furniture. The conditions should be confirmed based on photos, a projection or a technical interview.
Team building for 100 people
For around one hundred participants, Rewanż prepares a tailored Premium configuration. It can include eight game stations, a flexible running time, broader app and set customisation, and three bespoke categories.
The exact course and cost are determined individually. The number of one hundred people should not automatically mean a specific setting, because the agenda, the nature of the event, the location and whether the game show is the main attraction or part of a larger conference also matter.
How to choose a place for a large group
Before booking a space, check:
- whether everyone can see the screen and hosts,
- is it possible to separate a clear gameplay zone,
- what does access look like for the assembly team,
- when can you start assembly,
- does the sound system cover the entire room,
- whether the layout does not require constant movement of chairs and tables.
Rewanż can be carried out in an office, hotel, event hall or other agreed location. Assembly and disassembly take place on the day of the event.
If you are considering a company headquarters, please use the separate office preparation for a game show checklist.
How to structure a three-hour programme
A standard Rewanż show lasts three hours. Allow separate time for guest arrival, catering and any company presentations. Unplanned speeches inserted between rounds interrupt the pace and make it harder for the hosts to build momentum.
If the game show is part of a conference, it should have a clearly defined entry time, a technical rehearsal and a contact person on the main production side. criteria for selecting attractions for the conference will also be helpful.
How to know if the event worked
Attendance only tells you how many people arrived. After the event, ask whether participants understood the rules, felt included and would choose a similar format again. It is also useful to learn which parts of the programme they remember without prompting.
It is no coincidence that the industry is increasingly talking about such measurement. In the MPI Meetings Outlook Q2 2026 report, 78 percent respondents considered measuring the “human impact” of events to be very or extremely important. We do not automatically transfer this result to Polish integrations; we treat it as a sensible guide not to end the evaluation of the event with the number of badges issued.
Organiser's checklist
Before sending your inquiry, prepare:
- the exact or expected number of participants,
- date and city,
- type and address of the space,
- planned agenda,
- integration goal,
- expected level of customisation,
- information about the language of the event,
- details of the person responsible for the technology or facility.
