Remote team building: the €850 Online package

Rewanż Online is a live-hosted virtual game show for remote teams. Participants join from different locations and compete together in teams, without travelling to a shared venue.

The package includes:

• up to 72 participants in a maximum of 6 teams,
• 90 minutes of gameplay,
• a live host,
• a choice of questions for your event,
• one custom question category,
• technical support.

We agree joining instructions and technical requirements with the organiser before the event. It is also worth confirming the scope of your custom category and the materials needed to prepare it at the start of the planning process.

In-person team building: Rewanż Live at €2,800

With Live, we come to your chosen venue and run the game show on site. The package includes up to 72 participants, 6 game stations and 3 hours of gameplay, plus a live host, a choice of questions, one custom category, stage design and technical support. Setup and teardown are included.

Example budgets for 20, 50 and 100 people

20 people: choose Online or Live to suit your gathering

For 20 participants, Online costs €850 excluding VAT, or €42.50 per person. It gives a distributed team a shared 90-minute activity without requiring an in-person meeting.

If you are gathering at one venue, Live costs €2,800 excluding VAT, or €140 per person. The price covers preparation and delivery of the package. It does not fall in direct proportion to attendance: a smaller group still uses the game stations, stage setup, technology and production team.

50 people: the same package, spread across a larger group

For 50 participants, Online works out at €17 per person, while Live costs €56 per person, excluding VAT. The total package prices remain €850 and €2,800 respectively.

100 people: a Custom event with an individual quote

A group of 100 exceeds the standard Online and Live package limit. We prepare a Custom quote based on your game show format, duration, number of teams and production requirements. There is no single advertised price for every event of this size.

Custom also serves conferences, training sessions, educational activities and special occasions that need tailored content or production. Options can include additional question categories, custom app and stage design, event recording, photography, prizes or other language versions. We agree the scope and price individually.

What else belongs in your event budget?

For an in-person event, consider venue hire, catering, participant transport and any accommodation. Confirm crew travel arrangements and access for setup separately. Nationwide availability does not by itself specify the cost of logistics for your location.

For Online, plan access to suitable devices and an internet connection, along with any time needed to help participants join. In either format, additional customisation, more extensive question preparation or an unusual schedule needs to be agreed in advance.

When comparing suppliers, check the duration, group limit, hosting, technical support and question preparation as well as the total price. An included custom question category does not automatically cover a bespoke app or stage design.
