Corporate game show in the office: requirements and organiser's checklist

"We have a large open space" sounds promising, but it does not yet answer the most important questions. Will everyone see the screen? Was the crew reported to security? Will the equipment fit in the elevator? And who will move the tables before assembly?

The game show can be organized at the company's headquarters, and Rewanż brings the technology, set design and its own team. However, an office is not always a ready-made event room. Columns, glass walls, elevator access and building opening hours can be more important than the square footage itself. Square footage is just the beginning of the conversation

Floor area alone does not determine whether an office is suitable. You need a space where participants can clearly see the screen and hosts, and where the game stations can be installed without blocking walkways or exits.

The best options are multipurpose rooms, conference spaces, larger kitchens connected to a communal area or open-plan spaces that can be rearranged temporarily. In smaller or irregular rooms, a different station layout or a reduced set may be the better solution.

What items need to fit

Depending on the package, Rewanż uses four, six or an individually determined number of stations. In addition to them, you need:

• space for the hosts,
• screen with good visibility for the group,
• zone for participants,
• technical access to devices,
• safe passages and escape routes.

You should not plan a "butt-together" arrangement. Participants must freely enter the game zone, and the staff should be able to react without squeezing between the furniture.

What Rewanż brings to the site

Each package includes physical controllers, the proprietary app, professional hosts, technical support, game preparation and visual elements. The current offer also includes a projection screen and projector. The level of set design and customisation depends on the selected package.

How to prepare access for the team

Before the event, confirm:

• technical entrance and driveway,
• lift access when the event space is on an upper floor,
• protection rules and prior registration of the team,
• place of short stop or unloading,
• time from which you can start assembly,
• a contact person present in the building.

Assembly and disassembly take place on the day of the event. Specific hours should result from the agreed plan, and not from the assumption that the space will be available all day long.

Screen, light and sound

The screen must be visible to the entire group. If the office receives a lot of daylight, check whether it can be reduced or whether the projection setup needs to change. Do not assume that any company television will be suitable; agree the connection method and intended use with the production team.

Acoustics are equally important. Hard surfaces, glass walls and open-plan floors can make the hosts difficult to hear. The room layout and available sound system should therefore be discussed before the event.

How to prepare participants and the office

Employees do not need to install an app or bring their own devices. The organiser should simply communicate the start time and make sure the event area is not being used for normal work during setup and gameplay.

If desks or tables need to be moved, agree in advance who will clear and later restore the space. The production team is responsible for its own equipment and set, but should not be expected to rearrange the entire office unless this has been agreed.

An office event also has a less obvious advantage: it does not require additional transport of the entire team. However, it is not a solution for every company. If employees need a clear break from their everyday workspace or the space is open simultaneously for other teams, a separate facility may provide better conditions.

4. information about the elevator and technical entrance,
5. planned time of the event,
6. possible assembly and disassembly hours,
7. contact details of the administrator or technical person,

Frequently asked questions

How many meters does the office have to be?

We do not provide a single value because the number of participants, number of stations, room layout and screen visibility are important. It is best to assess the space based on photos or a floor plan.

Do we need to provide a projector?

The current Rewanż offer includes a projection screen and projector. The arrangement and possible use of the office infrastructure are agreed before the event.

Can installation take place on the same day?

Yes. Rewanż normally installs and dismantles the production on the event day.

Does the office have to be located in Warsaw?

No. Rewanż organizes events all over Poland; travel up to 100 km from Warsaw is included in the package price. Ask about a game show in your office.
